Women Writing for (a) Change, Jacksonville

About the exhibit:

This spring we are celebrating flowers, beauty, the natural world, and all that we see blooming around us in the world. Once again, we have paired up six local artists and writers to collaborate on this show, but we've also added six florists, highlighting the work of this important art form.

As we encounter a world of environmental destruction countered by the valiant efforts of many to save the Earth, we are highlighting the importance of preserving ideals of beauty, compassion, and community, starting with words, and art, and the expression fo the feminine in the world. The BLOOMS Exhibit supports our local outreach programs and our SEE THE WOMEN program for women artists.
